This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Ministry Brands. We are currently looking for a Client Account Executive in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.

As a Client Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with existing clients while expanding their use of modern SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is passionate about supporting mission-oriented organizations. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle—identifying opportunities, presenting value-based solutions, and closing deals—while working remotely within the Southeastern U.S. and contributing to long-term customer success and revenue growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Promote and present value-added solutions, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Qualify client needs and recommend relevant tools and services that align with their goals.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on product features and industry trends to become a trusted advisor.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, ideally in a client-facing or account executive role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading demos or meetings.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and “cold calling.”
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and negotiation abilities.
  • Passion for supporting mission-based or faith-oriented organizations.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
