We are dedicated to creating a significant impact for our employees by fostering a culture that sparks innovation and supports professional and personal growth along the way.</p></div><h2>Overview of Role</h2><p>We are seeking a mid-level ClickUp Implementation Specialist to lead our internal efforts in adopting this new platform. While we have vendor experts assisting with the technical rollout, you will serve as our internal champion—applying best practices, avoiding common pitfalls, and ensuring the system is optimized for our specific needs.</p><p>Following the initial <strong>6-month</strong> implementation period, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time, permanent position. Upon conversion, the role will expand to include client-facing responsibilities, utilizing the newly implemented system to fulfill requests and communicate directly with clients.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead internal implementation efforts for the new ClickUp platform, working collaboratively with our team and the external vendor.</li><li>Execute data migration by transferring existing workflows and data from legacy systems (Smart Sheet) into ClickUp.</li><li>Create user documentation, developing simple step-by-step guides with screenshots to train new employees on the finalized ClickUp processes.</li><li>Transition to client engagement (post-rollout/full-time conversion) to fulfill vendor assessment requests, communicating with clients via email and phone</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Mid-level professional experience.</li><li>Strong, hands-on expertise with ClickUp, specifically highlighting experience with automation, the bulk action toolbar, dashboards, and public sharing features.</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and a comfort level with eventually speaking directly to clients.</li><li>Ability to clearly document processes (formal technical writing experience is <em>not</em> required).</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Background or direct experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) is considered a major asset for this role.</li><li>Prior experience working within the financial or insurance industries is highly preferred, though not strictly crucial.</li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>66degrees is an Equal Opportunity employer.
