The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claim Analyst to join our Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Claims Manager. This role focuses on investigating, evaluating, and resolving property and casualty insurance claims efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate incoming claims to determine coverage and appropriate settlement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete claim documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
  • Act as day‑to‑day lead for Claims Analysts—distributing workloads, monitoring SLAs, and providing real‑time guidance.
  • Train new analysts on systems, product knowledge, and best practices; conduct quality audits and share feedback.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of property & casualty insurance claims experience handling complex files or equivalent analytical insurance or finance background.
  • Proven leadership or senior associate experience—mentoring peers or overseeing workflows in a high‑volume environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills; comfortable interpreting policy language and data insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with claim management platforms, CRM tools, and Google productivity suites.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance/Risk Management, or related field preferred; adjuster license a plus.

Base Salary


The base salary range is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
