Titans Law is seeking an experienced Civil Litigator with a strong background in defending Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) lawsuits and consumer protection class actions, particularly within the Middle District of Florida.

This is an opportunity for a federal court–ready attorney who understands motion practice, discovery strategy, and class action risk exposure — and wants the infrastructure and case flow to focus on high-level litigation.

About the Role

You will handle individual and class action matters involving FDCPA and related consumer protection statutes from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting and arguing motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment
• Managing discovery strategy and depositions
• Handling federal court hearings and case conferences
• Evaluating class certification exposure and defense strategy
• Negotiating settlements when appropriate
• Preparing matters for trial where necessary

We are specifically looking for someone comfortable practicing in the Middle District of Florida and familiar with federal procedural strategy.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
• Demonstrated experience defending FDCPA claims
• Experience with federal civil litigation
• Experience handling or defending class actions preferred
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Ability to independently manage a federal litigation docket
• Strategic thinker with strong risk assessment skills
