We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue growth and align cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fleet management environment. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development channels. You will drive team alignment, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to scale operations, influence company strategy, and make a measurable impact on profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, high-growth setting and has a strong understanding of customer behavior and revenue optimization.

Accountabilities

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with organizational goals.

·         Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams to drive growth.

·         Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

·         Lead and manage sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams, fostering alignment across departments.

·         Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimizing the customer lifecycle and lifetime value.

·         Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue performance.

·         Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

·         Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, providing revenue-related insights for product, finance, and operations.

Requirements

·         10+ years of executive-level experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles.

·         Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry.

·         Proven success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies.

·         Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

·         Deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and go-to-market strategies.

·         Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

·         Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
