  • Establish, track, and evolve KPIs and OKRs, ensuring transparency into business performance and enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Lead preparation and facilitation of executive reviews, operating cadences, strategic planning cycles, and performance deep dives
  • Provide decision support through data synthesis, analytics, and interpretation of complex operational and programmatic inputs
  • Serve as a power user of ERP systems to support forecasting, financial visibility, cost control, and program performance tracking
  • Identify and resolve execution risks, operational bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with defense and government contracting requirements, including FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and security regulations
  • Prepare executive communications, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate leadership engagements, site visits, and enterprise-level meetings to maximize impact and alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or chief of staff roles within defense, aerospace, or government contracting environments
  • Strong understanding of government contracting structures, including cost-plus and fixed-price programs
  • Experience operating in regulated or classified environments, with exposure to compliance frameworks such as DCSA, ITAR, or FAR/DFARS
  • Proven ability to build and manage KPI/OKR frameworks and structured operating rhythms
  • Hands-on experience using ERP systems for financial, operational, or programmatic decision support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into executive insights
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to influence across large, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizations

Benefits

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $171,000 to $269,500, with higher ranges depending on location
  • Additional eligibility for performance-based incentives and equity/stock programs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Financial benefits including retirement savings programs
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible leave policies
  • Exposure to enterprise-level leadership and high-impact strategic initiatives
  • Opportunity to work in mission-critical government and defense programs
  • Professional development and career growth in a global organization.
