This role serves as a high-impact strategic and operational partner to senior leadership within the energy and infrastructure sector. You will act as the central execution point for key business priorities, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and driving disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives. Blending strategy with hands-on execution, you will translate leadership vision into structured plans, track progress, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams. The position requires strong program management capabilities, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments. You will also play a key role in performance tracking, decision-making support, and organizational alignment. This is a highly visible role where your work directly enables leadership effectiveness and enterprise-wide execution.
Accountabilities:- Drive annual and quarterly planning processes by translating leadership priorities into structured initiatives, measurable objectives, and execution roadmaps.
- Design and manage operating cadences, including leadership meetings, QBRs, offsites, agendas, and follow-up tracking to ensure accountability.
- Maintain decision logs, action trackers, and ownership frameworks to ensure consistent execution across leadership priorities.
- Lead cross-functional program management efforts across engineering, development, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and delivery.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and executive reporting materials to support performance visibility and decision-making.
- Conduct analysis and develop executive-ready recommendations, including scenario modeling, prioritization, and resource planning insights.
- Serve as a central coordination point for stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Develop high-quality executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external leadership use.
- Support governance processes by managing risk logs, issue tracking, and structured documentation for leadership review.
- Drive operational improvements, including process standardization, reporting enhancements, and organizational scaling support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in energy, power, or infrastructure industries, ideally in consulting, program management, or strategic advisory roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of energy or infrastructure business models, including development and operational lifecycle stages.
- Advanced program management skills, including building structured trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Financial and commercial acumen to support business case development, prioritization, and trade-off analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level writing, presentation development, and facilitation of senior discussions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting and presentations.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
