ABOUT

NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others) scale paid social with a short-form, content-led approach. We have an in-house content team creating thousands of human ads a month, all in service of driving efficient, measurable growth for our clients.

We're a fast-moving, high-output team and we're looking for a Chief of Staff to help keep the engine running smoothly as we scale.

THE ROLE

As Chief of Staff, you'll sit at the center of the business - working directly with our CEO to make sure the right things get done, the right people get hired, and the culture stays sharp. This is a highly cross-functional role that touches recruiting, operations, exec support, and internal culture. You're not just an executor - you're a force multiplier for the leadership team and a connector of dots across the company.

If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, gets things done without a lot of hand-holding, and genuinely cares about the people and environment around you, this role was built for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process - sourcing, coordinating, and managing candidate pipelines

  • Partner with hiring managers to write job posts, screen candidates, and drive decisions

  • Build and maintain a network of strong candidates for ongoing and future needs

Operations

  • Identify and close operational gaps across the business - from workflows to tools to team communication

  • Manage internal projects and company-wide initiatives from kickoff to completion

  • Maintain systems that keep the team organized and moving efficiently

Executive Assistance

  • Prepare briefings, recaps, and materials for internal and external meetings

  • Serve as a proxy for the leadership team on ad hoc tasks and cross-team coordination

Culture

  • Own the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and internal programs

  • Help shape and reinforce a high-performance, people-first culture as the company grows

  • Be a trusted resource for the team - someone people feel comfortable coming to

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment - agency, startup, or similar

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive, self-starter mentality - you spot what needs doing before being asked

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls

  • Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information

  • (Preferred) Experience with recruiting coordination or HR operations

  • (Preferred) Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

BENEFITS

  • Full-time, in-office position based in NYC - expected in office 4-5 days/week

  • Competitive compensation (100-180k/yr base)

  • Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance

  • $300/mo commuter benefit

  • Annual team offsites (last two were Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
