This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff in the United States.
This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with the CEO as a strategic right hand during a pivotal growth phase. You will drive executive operating rhythms, manage priorities with precision, and serve as the connective tissue across leadership, ensuring alignment and momentum. Blending strategy, execution, communications, and executive support, this role requires someone equally comfortable in the details and at the big-picture level. You’ll help shape internal alignment while also elevating the CEO’s external presence and thought leadership. Operating in a fully remote, fast-scaling SaaS environment, you’ll gain exposure across product, GTM, finance, and operations — influencing both company trajectory and culture. If you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy building simple, effective systems, this role offers unmatched access and impact.
Accountabilities:- Own and optimize weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive operating rhythms to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across leadership.
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities, acting as a strategic gatekeeper and thought partner on time allocation and focus areas.
- Prepare executive-level materials including briefs, decks, pre-reads, talking points, and leadership updates, ensuring clarity and strategic coherence.
- Draft internal communications such as company-wide updates and all-hands materials, translating strategy into compelling and consistent messaging.
- Support and shape the CEO’s external presence by drafting LinkedIn posts, thought leadership content, and coordinating speaking engagements and media opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership, particularly Finance and Operations, to track initiatives, surface risks, and drive high-priority projects forward.
- Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives directly from the CEO, providing research, synthesis, and execution support across departments.
- Design simple, scalable processes that improve efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, high-growth startups, executive support, or strategic communications roles; MBA or equivalent exposure to executive leadership is a plus.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting executive-level memos, presentations, and public-facing content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail and anticipatory problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams, handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action and confidence to push back when necessary.
- Familiarity with social media, thought leadership, or executive branding is highly desirable.
- Availability to align with PST working hours as needed, including occasional flexibility outside standard hours.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work structure with flexibility and autonomy.
- High visibility and direct partnership with executive leadership.
- Broad exposure across product, go-to-market, finance, and operations.
- Opportunity to shape strategy and culture during a critical growth phase.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope.
- Collaborative, high-performance environment focused on outcomes.
- Flexibility to design efficient systems and influence executive processes.
