Join us.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and resourceful operator to partner closely with our Chief Executive Officer as Hello Heart enters its next stage of growth. Reporting into our VP of Strategy and Business Operations, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO - protecting and amplifying her focus, driving clarity and communication, and ensuring momentum and accountability across the leadership team.</p><p>You will work at the center of the organization, ensuring tight coordination between our US and Tel Aviv teams. You will serve as a daily thought partner to the CEO, owning critical workflows, preparing and participating in high-stakes meetings, and supporting executive and investor engagement. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the decisions and conversations shaping the future of the company.</p><p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong><em> This role requires frequent collaboration with Tel Aviv stakeholders. This may call for earlier morning or evening flexibility as needed.</em></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Serve as the CEO’s trusted advisor and right hand, protecting and amplifying her time, anticipating needs, and driving high-leverage execution.</li><li>Drive alignment and clear communication of priorities, decisions, and expectations across teams and geographies, surfacing risks and resolving issues early.</li><li>Own and shape internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, acting as her proxy when needed.</li><li>Lead high-impact initiatives and drive scalable execution across functions and teams.</li><li>Run leadership team cadence with rigor, including agendas, offsites, decision tracking, follow-through, and accountability.</li><li>Bring structure to ambiguous problems and turn strategy into clear plans and owners.</li><li>Step in as an operator to unblock progress and ensure follow-through.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>AI fluency is a must</strong>, including consistent use of AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and deliver measurable impact in your work.</li><li>Master of Business Administration <strong>(MBA) required</strong></li><li>7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support within a <strong>high-growth, fast-paced, start-up environment</strong> is a must.</li><li>Previous&nbsp; or current experience in <strong>management consulting required</strong>, ideally from firms such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain, or EY-Parthenon</li><li>Exceptional critical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal judgment, with the ability to influence, build trust, and navigate sensitive dynamics.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate with confidence and judgment in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.</li><li>Proven integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with a bias toward action</li><li>Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance how work gets done; designing and deploying automated, multi-step workflows that accelerate research, analysis, decision making, and execution</li><li>Ability to&nbsp;<strong>travel internationally 25~50%</strong></li></ul><p><em>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $250,000.00 to $265,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
