We’re looking for our very first Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic operator and integrator to the SVP, Client Solutions. This is a high-trust partnership role designed for someone who can align cross-functional efforts, drive initiatives to completion, and embed operational excellence across the organization.


You’ll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution- bringing clarity, cohesion, and momentum to a fast-scaling team. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of leadership and impact, shaping how we work while enabling others to do their best work.


What You'll Do
  • Drive strategic initiatives from vision to execution: You’ll be translating the SVP's vision into structured workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics. You’ll need to identify and resolve cross-functional friction points, ensuring alignment and driving decisions to own the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Build and refine the Client Solutions operating system: You’ll be aligning toolkits, dashboards, and frameworks into a cohesive model that scales across delivery teams. You’ll partner with operations, finance, and delivery leads to embed scalable practices across resource planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. 
  • Solve complex, ambiguous problems with a consulting mindset: You’ll act as an internal consultant, leading cross-functional projects that require rapid synthesis, insight generation, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Enable the SVP through strategic support and representation; You’ll prepare communications, board updates, and briefings while serving as a trusted thought partner on highest-leverage opportunities.
  • Surface friction, drive decisions, and ensure accountability: You can identify risks, resolving cross-functional blockers, and keeping critical initiatives on track.


What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years in consulting, transformation, or operational leadership roles
  • Proven success aligning cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to completion
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations, including financials, dashboards, and resource planning
  • Exceptional communication skills- able to synthesize complexity and influence without authority
  • High integrity, low ego, and a bias for action
  • A passion for building systems that empower people and scale impact
