In this executive role, you will own the full revenue-driving engine across marketing and commerce, shaping how customers discover, engage with, and purchase products across both digital and physical channels. You will be responsible for unifying brand strategy, customer acquisition, eCommerce performance, and in-store experience into a single, high-performing omnichannel ecosystem. This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role with direct impact on top-line growth, customer lifetime value, and overall business performance. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams spanning retail, technology, analytics, and finance. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and built for leaders who thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to define and scale a modern commerce organization in a rapidly evolving consumer landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing and commerce strategy, aligning brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Own and integrate omnichannel customer experiences across eCommerce, retail stores, drive-thru, and digital kiosks.
  • Drive performance marketing and lifecycle strategies, including CRM, loyalty, paid media, SEO, email, SMS, and partnerships.
  • Define and track core business KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rate, average order value, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee eCommerce strategy and optimization, improving site experience, navigation, merchandising, and conversion performance.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between digital and physical retail experiences, including pricing, promotions, and product discovery.
  • Lead digital merchandising and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and increase customer spend.
  • Own and optimize the marketing and commerce technology stack, including CRM, analytics, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across marketing, commerce, CRM, analytics, and digital functions.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure execution excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, technology, merchandising, and finance teams to drive enterprise-wide alignment and growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, digital commerce, or eCommerce leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of senior executive experience owning revenue, growth, or P&L performance.
  • Proven success leading omnichannel or direct-to-consumer businesses with both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Strong experience integrating marketing and commerce functions into unified growth strategies.
  • Deep analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic and operational decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, technology, finance, and product teams.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience in regulated or complex retail environments (e.g., CPG, cannabis, retail, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing and commerce platforms (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, analytics, and automation tools) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, high-performing teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and customer-centric leadership approach.
  • MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive executive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to lead and shape a high-impact, enterprise-wide revenue organization.
  • Flexible and autonomous work environment (remote within the United States).
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan options, including 401(k).
  • Flexible PTO and paid company holidays.
  • Strong emphasis on innovation, ownership, and entrepreneurial leadership culture.
  • Opportunity to build and scale a modern omnichannel commerce ecosystem.
  • High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth and strategy.
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and equity.
