We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Information Officer to lead enterprise-wide information technology initiatives. This executive role involves defining IT strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring seamless alignment of technology capabilities with overall business goals. The CIO will oversee operations, outsourcing partnerships, and technical leadership while fostering a secure, innovative, and efficient IT environment. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, guide cross-functional teams, and champion a culture of digital readiness. The position offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize technology performance, and enable mission-critical operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
· Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives, participating in risk management, compliance, and governance processes.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business unit leaders, guiding technology decisions and digital strategy.
· Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise applications to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.
· Manage relationships with outsourcing providers, including contract oversight, SLAs, operational and security incident management, and performance tracking.
· Provide technical leadership by monitoring emerging technologies, guiding innovation initiatives, and ensuring IT capabilities meet strategic goals.
· Lead enterprise architecture, system development, and digital workplace strategy to enable workforce productivity and engagement.
· Chair or participate in committees and governance bodies to ensure IT initiatives support organizational priorities.
· Manage IT budgets, including capital and operational expenditures, ensuring cost-effective investment in technology.
Requirements
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 10+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in IT leadership or executive roles.
· Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.
· Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategy, organization design, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience collaborating with executives and stakeholders.
· Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
· Expertise in budget planning, financial management, and cost-effective IT sourcing.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts for diverse audiences.
· Ability to work occasional night and weekend hours to support project deadlines and operational requirements.
· Experience managing outsourced IT service providers is preferred.
