With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.</div>The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and drive the financial strategy of our rapidly scaling business. We are at an inflection point in our growth, and his role will be instrumental in supporting our growth across retail, DTC, and manufacturing channels while maintaining operational excellence and financial discipline. You are a strategic business partner who can navigate the complexities of owned manufacturing operations and help tell our compelling growth story to investors and stakeholders. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understand and optimize the financial dynamics of owned manufacturing, including COGS, overhead allocation, and cost-saving opportunities</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage inventory, working capital, and operational efficiency within manufacturing operations</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain</li></ul><h2>What we’re looking for:</h2><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong experience at the enterprise level in growth-stage environments</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Track record of active Board involvement and partnership with investment bankers and external stakeholders</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to operate in ambiguity and take on cross-functional responsibilities outside of traditional Finance scope </li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Combination of large-company training and growth stage consumer brands</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven track record in scaling consumer products businesses, preferably with manufacturing operations</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated experience raising capital (debt and equity) and managing investor relations</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience building and leading high-performing finance teams in growth environments</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency with advanced financial planning tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to boards and investors</li></ul><h2>Nice to Have:</h2><ul><li style="font-size: 10pt;
