Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.
This role will include:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing charter sector sales team, ensuring individual and team quotas are met.
- Oversee high-volume pipeline management using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and organization of all opportunities.
- Support team members in delivering engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate our platform’s features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to penetrate new charter, faith-based, and private school markets.
- Partner with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation tactics, campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Represent ParentSquare in person at conferences and in person meetings as necessary (estimated travel of 20%).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth client experience before and after the sale.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
- Proven success managing high-volume sales cycles in the K–12 market, preferably in the charter, faith-based, or private school sectors.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales team members to achieve their goals.
