As a Channel Sales Advisor, you’ll play a central role in expanding cybersecurity revenue through strategic channel partnerships.
You’ll recruit, develop, and enable Master Agent and Technology Service Distributor (TSD) partners while strengthening relationships across the broader partner ecosystem.
The role combines new-business acquisition, partner management, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and sales engineering teams to help partners successfully position and sell advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth, market expansion, partner performance, and revenue attainment.

Accountabilities- Lead new-business acquisition initiatives through the channel, with a strong focus on generating qualified opportunities and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand the partner network within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute a structured partner recruitment strategy aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Master Agents, Technology Service Distributors (TSDs), and other strategic partners.
- Support existing partners with account development, opportunity generation, and regional growth activities.
- Work collaboratively with sales, leadership, marketing, support, and sales engineering teams to maximize partner-driven revenue.
- Leverage partner-development resources to coordinate training and enablement programs that equip partners to effectively sell and support cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide ongoing guidance to partners throughout the sales process, including deal registration, lead generation, opportunity development, and access to technical support.
- Gather partner feedback and collaborate with marketing and channel teams to improve sales collateral, messaging, and campaigns for target customer profiles.
- Monitor partner pipeline activity, identify opportunities for expansion, and support partners in progressing deals toward closure.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies that increase market reach, partner engagement, and adoption of cybersecurity offerings.
- Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and relationship information using CRM and sales enablement systems.
- Consistently pursue quota attainment while balancing strategic partner development with immediate revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in channel sales, partner management, indirect sales, or a closely related business-development role.
- Strong understanding of the Master Agent and Technology Service Distributor (TSD) ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in new-business or growth-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) market, cybersecurity industry, and emerging security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, enable, and maintain productive channel partnerships.
- Strong business-development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and turn partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across diverse partner and internal stakeholder groups.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a customer- and partner-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple partners, opportunities, and priorities independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, activities, and partner performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, technical, support, and leadership teams.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated approach with strong commercial judgment and follow-through.
