Accountabilities:

The Channel Partner will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships to increase revenue opportunities and expand customer reach. This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful partner engagement and business outcomes.

Develop and execute channel partnership strategies designed to increase revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new strategic partners while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.
Build strong relationships with vendor partners through effective communication, collaboration, and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Analyze partner performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize partnership programs.
Create and maintain processes, tools, and resources that support partner success and enable scalable growth.
Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and best practices to continuously improve channel strategies.
Support customer acquisition initiatives by leveraging partner networks and market opportunities.
Travel approximately 30–40% of the time to support partner engagement and business development activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience building successful partnerships, driving business growth, and managing strategic relationships within technology or professional services environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities are essential for success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, alliances, or a related field.
Proven success driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and partner ecosystems.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute partner strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using performance insights to improve programs.
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared objectives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience in professional services or managed services industries is preferred.
