Learn why Keeper is trusted by leading organizations to defend against modern adversaries at <a href="http://keepersecurity.com">KeeperSecurity.com</a>.About the RoleThe Channel Marketing Manager, NorAm will report to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, NorAm & LATAM, and play a critical role in continuing to expand and deepen Keeper’s channel reseller and distribution partner network.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the execution of integrated marketing plans to drive demand generation, partner enablement, partner pipeline and revenue growth across Keeper’s channel partner ecosystem</li><li>Collaborate with the channel sales team to implement co-branded campaigns with resellers, distributors and strategic alliances</li><li>Coordinate the creation and distribution of partner marketing assets, including datasheets, email templates, battlecards and campaign kits</li><li>Work closely with the Global Channel Event Marketing Specialist to plan and execute joint events, webinars and industry summits with partners.</li><li>Assist with the administration of Keeper’s partner portal and ensure content is up-to-date, accessible and aligned with go-to-market priorities</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance metrics, partner engagement and ROI to inform future strategy and optimization</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (product marketing, digital, creative, sales) to tailor messaging and assets for the channel audience</li><li>Help onboard new partners by supporting enablement initiatives such as welcome kits, training materials and joint launch announcements</li><li>Ensure alignment with channel sales managers to support quarterly goals and provide tactical marketing support as needed</li><li>Maintain a calendar of channel marketing activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and partner feedback to continuously refine Keeper’s channel marketing approach</li><li>Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years focused on channel, partner or field marketing</li><li>Experience supporting go-to-market strategies through channel ecosystems, including resellers, distributors and technology alliances</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and partner portals (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Magentrix)</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and partner teams</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and quickly adapt to changes</li><li>Analytical thinker with experience reporting on campaign performance, partner engagement and ROI</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and execution</li><li>Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or technology sectors is preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% of the time for partner events, industry conferences and summits</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)</li><li>Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life</li><li>Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance</li><li>401K (Roth/Traditional)</li><li>A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)</li><li>Above market annual bonuses</li></ul>Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
