Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our PAR POS and PixelPoint partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving channel sales and partner success by managing key partner relationships, enabling sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across our channel programs.
You will serve as the primary liaison between PAR and our channel partners—delivering the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed while enhancing the customer experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building high-performing partner ecosystems.

Position Location:
Remote USA

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or POS-related business

  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems across multiple geographies

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of channel sales strategies, partner enablement, and go-to-market motions

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality technology space a plus

Additional skills:

  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate channel performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across internal departments including sales, marketing, product, and operations

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success

  • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell and support PAR solutions

  • Channel Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of channel programs and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and partner growth objectives

  • Performance Management: Monitor partner KPIs, track pipeline, and provide regular reporting on partner performance and forecasts

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve partner issues, support joint marketing efforts, and provide feedback to improve product offerings and partner programs

  • Customer Experience: Ensure that partners deliver exceptional service to end customers, helping maintain PAR’s reputation for quality and innovation

  • Program Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner engagement across the channel lifecycle
