This role will apply structured methodologies, including Prosci frameworks, to drive adoption and ensure successful outcomes. The consultant will develop and execute communication and training strategies, assess change impacts, engage stakeholders, and manage all change activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring proven expertise in change management, particularly within higher education environments, and demonstrate the ability to guide organizations through complex transitions with clarity and confidence. Job Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete change management assessments</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consult and coach project teams</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support and engage senior leaders</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coach people managers and supervisors</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate efforts with other specialists</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Integrate change management activities into the project plan</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate and ensure user readiness</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage stakeholders</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and report issues</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support change management at the organizational level</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop Training materials (job aids, videos, websites, etc.) and lead instructor-led training</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in leading change management workstreams for technology implementations, Salesforce CRM experience is preferred</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Higher Education, healthcare, and/or nonprofit consulting</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrate high quality analytical and problem solving skills within time and organizational boundaries</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work collaboratively in a project team</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel nationwide, if needed</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrates ability to stay current in certifications, training and industry trends and practices</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with managing and leading times</li></ul> Desired Skills<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting sales and business development</li></ul> Certifications<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred)</li></ul> Minimum Education Required<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Master's Degree preferred</li></ul> <hr> Additional InformationAttain Partners values your mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing.
