As part of the CEO Office, you will act as a key operator, transforming priorities into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution across teams. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, partnerships, and market expansion. Accountabilities:- Translate executive priorities into clear execution plans, ensuring initiatives move from problem definition to delivery with strong ownership and accountability.
- Track strategic goals, OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across multiple teams to maintain alignment and execution speed.
- Support key business initiatives including market expansion, licensing activities, strategic partnerships, hiring efforts, and operational improvements.
- Prepare structured briefs, research documents, executive updates, meeting summaries, and action plans to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and regional teams to drive cross-functional execution.
- Identify operational gaps, unblock teams, and take ownership of urgent business challenges that require coordination across different areas.
- Improve operating rhythms by introducing clarity, prioritization, and effective follow-up without adding unnecessary processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business operator, strategy professional, consultant, startup operator, or similar role requiring strong execution capabilities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities, drive initiatives, and deliver results with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise updates, structured analyses, and decision-oriented documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment on priorities, risks, and escalation points.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across different functions and locations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, financial services, or founder-led environments is highly valued.
- Strong English communication skills are required, as English is the primary working language across global teams.
- Candidates must already be based in India and have the appropriate authorization to work in the country.
