This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CCaaS Implementation Architect in the United States.

As a CCaaS Implementation Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced contact center solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical execution, ensuring platform implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide architecture, integrate emerging AI and automation capabilities, and provide strategic consultation to senior stakeholders. You will work across multiple platforms, drive technical excellence, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex projects, and has a passion for transforming customer engagement through technology.

Accountabilities

·         Lead end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients.

·         Translate business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

·         Conduct IT and business stakeholder interviews to define requirements and milestones.

·         Provide subject matter expertise in platform integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and advanced workforce engagement tools.

·         Guide coding standards, reusable templates, and best practices across implementation teams.

·         Support PMO-driven status reporting, executive readouts, and documentation standards including BRDs and Statements of Work.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

·         7–10 years of experience in CCaaS software design, architecture, and enterprise implementation.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

·         Expert knowledge of CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXOne, Genesys Pure Cloud, or equivalent.

·         Experience with coding languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.

·         Strong background in enterprise contact center technologies, including omni-channel routing, ACD/IVR, workforce engagement, and analytics.

·         SME-level experience in API integrations, platform customization, and reusable development templates.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and visual design tools (Visio, Lucidchart).

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and foster collaboration.

·         Familiarity with AI, NLP, and automation tools to enhance customer and agent experiences.

Preferred Skills:

·         Understanding of UCaaS platforms and collaboration integrations.

·         Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

·         Exposure to emerging contact center technologies and vendor-neutral consulting.
