  • Build strong patient relationships through active listening, motivational interviewing, and personalized coaching to overcome barriers to therapy.
  • Monitor PAP therapy adherence, identify patients at risk of noncompliance, and provide timely interventions to help meet insurance requirements.
  • Independently prioritize patient outreach, follow-ups, and daily responsibilities while maintaining a high level of patient care.
  • Manage a high volume of patient interactions while meeting established KPIs related to productivity, patient engagement, and therapy compliance.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up activities within the KOEO platform.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and accurately document information while speaking with patients.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
