About the role
Trovata is looking for a Capital Markets TMS Support Consultant to help our clients transform how they manage liquidity, debt, and investments through real-time data and automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and client success teams to ensure Trovata’s platform delivers meaningful insights and automation that drive financial efficiency and decision-making. Compensation $80,000 - $100,000.
What you'll do
- Drive customer success through proactive issue identification, clear guidance, and timely resolution.
- Manage multiple client priorities while delivering exceptional service through clear communication and ownership.
- Provide expert application support within the Trovata platform, with a strong focus on cash management and related financial workflows.
- Document solutions and continuously enhance the knowledge base to improve team efficiency and customer self-service.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and best practices aligned with Trovata’s platform capabilities and customer success strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on capital markets products, including investments, debt instruments, FX, and interest-rate management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product enhancements that align with evolving capital markets needs.
- Deliver training and best practices to clients on capital markets functionality within the Trovata TMS system.
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources, playbooks, and market insights to scale expertise across the team.
- Proficiency in GAAP accounting for capital markets a plus.
- Proficiency in bond (and other corporate debt) issuance accounting.
- SWAPs accounting, investments, and FX forward accounting experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in capital markets, corporate treasury, or banking (experience in SaaS or fintech a plus).
- Strong understanding of investment management, debt instruments, FX exposure, and liquidity planning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for innovation in treasury and capital markets technology.
