Position Overview
As a key player in our recruitment process, the Candidate Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role focuses on meticulous position control, efficient candidate management, and collaborative hiring team support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • One Number: Formal Offers Sent within 24 Hours of Hire Approval
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Create and manage requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and track position status, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse candidate pool.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings of candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate dispositions and feedback within the ATS.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, reflecting Stellar Virtual's values.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and pipeline status.
  • Assist in the calibration of the interview process.
  • Work with hiring managers to prepare and extend formal offers of employment.
  • Ensure all offer details are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Seamlessly hand off new hires to the Employee Experience Specialist for onboarding.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication with all candidates.
  • Act as an ambassador of Stellar Virtual's brand, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate journey at all times.


Knowledge, Skills & Attributes 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Rippling, Workday, or robust Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools for mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.


Education & Certification Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
