As a member of the Campaign Services team, this hands-on role works closely with marketing stakeholders and end-users to set up, QA, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, text, and app-based channels. You’ll code emails, create target audiences, run tests, and build automations to power highly personalized messaging designed to drive engagement and revenue growth for our clients. This position is remote, with US-West Coast hours, and reports directly to the Manager, Campaign Services.YOU WILL<ul><li>Execute end-to-end campaign production, including:<ul><li>Coding dynamic, personalized emails in HTML/CSS based on client designs</li><li>Developing and maintaining reusable templates and blocks</li><li>Building targeting segmentation and client data queries</li><li>Optimization and management of media assets in the Cordial system</li><li>Testing, debugging, and proofing with stakeholders</li><li>Deployment and scheduling</li></ul></li><li>Maintain rigorous QA and troubleshooting standards using tools like EmailOnAcid & Litmus</li><li>Ensure campaigns adhere to industry best practices for design, compliance, and performance</li><li>Build cross-channel message orchestrations in Cordial and make periodic updates to creative and content within transactional and automated emails (as requested)</li><li>Collaborate with client creative teams, managers, and stakeholders for the creation and management of campaign content</li><li>Champion efficient and reliable processes and communication to maximize the impact and experience for clients from brief through proofing and approval</li><li>Monitor technical issues relating to email delivery and marketing automation and escalate as necessary</li><li>Maintain client request workflow and manage expectations to ensure consistent and timely delivery of client campaigns in accordance with SLAs</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>You have a minimum of 3 years in email and digital operations with hands-on production experience including HTML development, automated customer journeys, A/B testing, and audience queries.</li><li>You have some expertise in email best practices, such as design and coding for mobile vs. desktop, dark mode, and accessibility.</li><li>You have basic experience with design and editing tools like Figma, Photoshop, etc.</li><li>You have experience with project & work management tools, e.g. Monday, Asana, JIRA</li><li>You have some expertise in customer databases or marketing platforms (ESP, CDP, CRM) </li><li>You have some knowledge of current regulations and compliance around communications and privacy (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, CASL, GDPR, TCPA).</li><li>You have superior attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills, allowing you to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>You bring a positive, customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and impeccable communication skills.</li><li>You have a strong bias toward collaboration and an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team. </li><li>You are willing to ask questions, and be naturally curious both in your role and also for your own professional development.</li><li>Experience using Cordial is a plus.</li><li>Experience with SaaS and/or rapidly growing startups is a plus.</li></ul>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$66,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
