Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Our vision:&nbsp; </strong>A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div></div><h3>About the Role:</h3><p>Wrike is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team within the Revenue Operations organization.</p><h3>Your Impact:&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>&nbsp; Serve as an administrator for our Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity, user support, and ongoing system optimization</li><li>&nbsp; Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, sales enablement tools) to support GTM strategy and OKRs</li><li>&nbsp; Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and track system enhancements that drive sales productivity and efficiency</li><li>&nbsp; Lead deep-dive root cause analysis on sales process bottlenecks and system-related business challenges</li><li>&nbsp; Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Salesforce Developer teams to develop, automate, and improve business-critical sales reporting and dashboards</li><li>&nbsp; Project manage and prioritize key sales systems initiatives, including new tool rollouts, integrations, and process improvements</li></ul><h3>Your Qualifications:&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>&nbsp; 2+ years of experience in sales systems, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably at SaaS companies with a B2B sales motion</li><li>&nbsp; Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator, including user management, configuration, workflow automation, and reporting</li><li>&nbsp; Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and written/verbal communication skills</li><li>&nbsp; Experience using data and systems to drive insights and business decisions; familiarity with CRM administration (Salesforce.com or similar), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)</li><li>&nbsp; Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>&nbsp; Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with process documentation</li><li>&nbsp; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver systems projects independently end-to-end</li><li>&nbsp; Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand and improve GTM systems and processes</li></ul><h3>Standout Qualities:&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Intermediate SQL skills and experience with system integrations or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato)&nbsp;</li></ul><h3>Why Join Wrike?</h3><p>At Wrike, our people drive our success.
