One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Program Manager in California.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and technology within the Property & Casualty insurance industry. The Business Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between Business Units鈥攊ncluding Claims, Product, and Finance鈥攁nd IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects, initiatives, and maintenance work. With a focus on stakeholder collaboration, strategic planning, and operational execution, this position demands a professional with a deep understanding of insurance operations and a strong ability to manage programs that align with organizational goals.

Accountabilities:

路         Lead program management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards to ensure consistent execution across the organization

路         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify priorities, and ensure effective project execution

路         Facilitate process reviews to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that align with business needs

路         Act as a bridge between Business Units and IT, ensuring the successful implementation of systems and enhancements

路         Manage the portfolio of initiatives including compliance, discretionary projects, and break/fix ticket prioritization

路         Maintain alignment of program execution with business strategy, budget, and timeline expectations

Requirements

路         Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration or a related field

路         At least 5 years of progressive experience in program or project management

路         Extensive experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry, particularly in Claims, Product, or Finance

路         Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills, with experience gathering and documenting detailed requirements

路         Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

路         Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus

路         Demonstrated leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

路         Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact
