The Opportunity

The Business Process Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Business Process and work directly with several stakeholders throughout the business. We are seeking a Business Process Analyst focused on Quote to Cash processes to drive enhancements and projects that streamline quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and IT Applications to design and deliver scalable system solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will partner with Stakeholders and Project Managers to translate business needs into actionable system requirements, supporting initiatives that span multiple departments and tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing You’ll manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills, a deep curiosity for understanding how systems and processes connect, and a drive to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

The Skillset

  • 2+ years of experience driving operational efficiency through business analysis, process improvement, deal lifecycle support, revenue operations, or cross-functional systems management – ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment

  • Proven experience supporting Quote to Cash processes, including Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and UAT

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into documented business requirements

  • Strong facilitation skills for current/future state process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements workshops

  • Experience with JIRA, Salesforce Cases, or any other ticketing queue system

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize operational or system improvements to drive efficiency and business impact

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation or improvement in collaboration with various teams

  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed systems and process improvements

  • Document and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash business rules and process flows

  • Translate business processes into systematic flows and maps

  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment

90 Days at Flock

The First 30 Days

  • Develop a foundational understanding of Flock’s Quote to Cash ecosystem, including Salesforce, CPQ, and Billing

  • Meet key stakeholders across Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Accounting to understand current processes, system pain points, and active initiatives

  • Shadow team members on in-flight projects and enhancements to learn delivery practices, documentation standards, and sprint cadence

The First 60 Days

  • Take ownership of one or more enhancements within the Quote to Cash workstream

  • Document detailed business requirements and process maps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and validate business impact

  • Participate actively in: refining stories, slotting enhancements into sprints, and supporting UAT to ensure solution readiness and quality

90 Days & Beyond

  • Independently manage multiple Quote to Cash enhancements and partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support any necessary project deliverables

  • Identify and propose opportunities for process optimization or automation that improve scalability, efficiency, or data accuracy across systems

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Quote to Cash delivery model by creating and refining reporting, documentation standards, and intake practices

Salary & Equity

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $80,000 and $100,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
