About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations team member to join the current Strategy and Deployment team.  The ideal candidate will have detailed experience running operations individually and cross functionally, task and detail oriented, organized and can quickly turn around asks within timeline.   This role will report to the Associate Director of Business Operations.


What you’ll do:

  • Delivery Operations: Help develop core materials required to deploy our product to our clients.   Analyze existing delivery operations processes and identify efficiency gaps, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. Design new workflows while optimizing existing ones for scalability and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Operations: Support technical operations in collaboration with our tech ops team to support data onboarding, data research, and configurations customization of our product for our customers. 
  • Strategy and Operations: Support strategic framework operations across our customers.  Support the execution of strategic value frameworks (build, grow and maintain) to support both customer need. 

 

 

 

You will have:

  • Experience: 2 - 9 years of work experience within business or technical operations
  • Process Mindset: You're a natural problem solver with a passion for streamlining complex processes, establishing structure, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Data-Driven: You thrive on using metrics to measure success, identify trends, and inform actionable insights to drive continuous optimization.
  • Technologically Savvy: You have a proven track record of being flexible and able to adapt in a fast-growing technology environment, strategizing and executing on a vast array of client needs.
  • Collaborative Worker: You have outstanding communication skills and excel at fostering trust building both internally with cross functionally teams but also externally with client stakeholders/leaders. 
  • Detail Oriented: You are detail and task oriented, have multiple tools and processes to keep yourself organized, and can communicate effectively to internal team members and clients.
