Accountabilities:- Own end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, resources, and delivery against business objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Serve as the central coordination point for initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and progress across multiple teams.
- Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs to maintain execution momentum and alignment.
- Design, document, and continuously improve scalable processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
- Build and maintain structured documentation including process maps, decision frameworks, and execution templates.
- Ensure operational discipline through consistent tracking, reporting, and governance practices.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or operations roles in high-growth or complex environments.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable processes and operational workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure in evolving situations.
- Experience working with senior and director-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational workflows is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Healthcare or digital health industry experience is highly preferred.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
