This role is central to driving execution excellence across high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving organization. You will translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. Acting as the operational anchor for key initiatives, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility across multiple workstreams. The position also plays a critical role in building scalable processes, documenting workflows, and strengthening operational discipline across teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities while proactively identifying risks and removing execution blockers. This is a highly influential role for someone who thrives in structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building systems that enable organizational scale.


Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, resources, and delivery against business objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and progress across multiple teams.
  • Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs to maintain execution momentum and alignment.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
  • Build and maintain structured documentation including process maps, decision frameworks, and execution templates.
  • Ensure operational discipline through consistent tracking, reporting, and governance practices.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or operations roles in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing scalable processes and operational workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization abilities in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure in evolving situations.
  • Experience working with senior and director-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operational workflows is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Healthcare or digital health industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
