As an affiliate of Envoy Global, we combine innovation and legal expertise to support companies and foreign nationals across the U.S.</p><p>We’re seeking a <strong>Business Immigration Paralegal </strong>to&nbsp;manage high-volume labor certification cases in a fully remote environment. The <strong>Business Immigration Paralega</strong>l will independently analyze information and documents and prepare/compile immigration casework for attorney review.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.</li><li><strong>Ensure accountability to&nbsp;analyze information and documents and prepare/compile immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review.</strong></li><li>Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure accountability for the heavy drafting of case documents, statutory forms, and templated letters of support, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIVs and PERM applications (end to end)</li><li>Track case progress using Envoy Global technology and handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status.</li><li>Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.</li><li>Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.</li><li>Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>1-2 full years of experience working as a Business Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions.</strong></li><li>Completed bachelor’s degree – highly desirable.</li><li>A genuine interest in U.S. immigration, with a desire to treat clients &amp; foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach.</li><li>Experience with drafting H1B petitions and working through H1B CAP</li><li>Experience with drafting petitions for a range of other NIV &amp; IV cases&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">preferred:</span> Ls, TNs, EB2s, EB3s, EB1-Cs, etc. and/or experience with drafting other green cards (I-140 and AOS, and end-to-end)</li><li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Willingness to learn/be trained in cases you are less familiar with working on</em></li><li>Experience working with a high volume of active and inactive cases at any one time.</li><li>Excellent written + verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar.</li><li>Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work.</li><li>Experience communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients.</li><li>Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to state-of-the-art Envoy case processing software to monitor and record all visa petitions.</li><li>Ability to follow due process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation within the Firm, and industry.</li><li>Minimum Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word).</li><li>A friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor with the ability to work as a member of a team.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why CIP PC:</strong><br>Fully remote work, supportive team culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.</p><p><br><strong>Annual Salary Range $60,000-$70,000</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notice at Collection for California Applicants:</strong><strong><br></strong><a href="http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants">http://www.envoyglobal.com/notice-at-collection-for-ca-applicants</a></p><p><strong><span class="ui-provider ec bos bot bou bov bow box boy boz bpa bpb bpc bpd bpe bpf bpg bph bpi bpj bpk bpl bpm bpn bpo bpp bpq bpr bps bpt bpu bpv bpw bpx bpy bpz">#LI-REMOTE</span></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
