Accountabilities:- Lead strategic business development initiatives across assigned hospital and health system markets, driving long-term growth and expansion priorities.
- Develop and execute market strategies in collaboration with divisional leadership, identifying opportunities, risks, and revenue growth levers.
- Source, structure, negotiate, and close complex healthcare partnerships, including service agreements and integrated care arrangements.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key stakeholders to support partnership development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, strategy, finance, legal, and commercial functions to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations to internal and external leadership.
- Manage pipeline tracking, reporting, and opportunity updates using internal CRM and business tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or MPH strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in healthcare business development, health systems strategy, medical devices, consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading complex transactions such as partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, or similar large-scale deals.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze markets, competitors, and financial drivers to shape growth strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in healthcare or enterprise environments.
- Strong financial acumen, including ability to interpret financial statements and support investment or growth decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills with high professional presence.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business performance tracking tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
