đ¤ Weâre hiring our first BDR in the US to help accelerate our growth in North America. This is a high-impact role where youâll partner closely with the Head of Sales and US AE to open strategic conversations, experiment with outbound tactics, and help lay the foundation for our BDR playbook in the region.
Youâll play a central role in generating qualified pipeline for our API product, learning from early traction verticals, and collaborating across sales and marketing. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are product-curious, and love being scrappy to get things movingâthis oneâs for you.
đ° OTE: $85â105K + Stock-Options
đŞđş We are flexible, but youâll need to be based within 1.5 hours of NYC for bi-monthly in-person gatherings. We meet in Paris every other month (fully reimbursed), and youâre welcome to come more frequently!

đŹđ§ Photoroom is an international team and we work in English.
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads across key verticals.
Partner with the Head of Sales and AEs to refine messaging, tactics, and territory focus.
Use sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, ZoomInfo) to identify high-potential accounts and maintain pipeline visibility.
Qualify inbound leads and set up smooth handoffs to AEs.
Collaborate with marketing to build and test campaigns that align with sales objectives.
Accurately log and manage activity, pipeline, and customer data in Hubspot.
Stay curious about GenAI trends, Photoroom's roadmap, and use cases relevant to our API customers.
Meet and exceed monthly pipeline creation targets.
You have 1â2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.
Youâre a strong communicatorâconcise, engaging, and persuasive.
Youâre data-driven, curious, and adaptable.
Youâre familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results.
Youâre proactive, self-starting, and excited to test, learn, and build.
Youâre enthusiastic about AI and what it makes possible.
Fluent in English (bonus: other languages or international experience).
