One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Development Representative in United States.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in expanding the business by researching leads and engaging prospects for all business lines. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will need to have a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for the digital asset industry. Your ability to effectively communicate and showcase the company’s offerings will be crucial to driving revenue growth and helping to establish valuable relationships with prospects.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead efforts to grow the pipeline and expand the top of the funnel across various business lines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential prospects, effectively communicating the company’s value propositions.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and providing feedback to the product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve the lead qualification and conversion processes.
  • Actively participate in team activities and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Provide timely and detailed reporting on progress and results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year within the digital asset or fintech industry.
  • Prior experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role, ideally within a Fintech or SaaS company.
  • Strong drive and self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and grow business in a market-leading company.
  • Solid understanding of digital assets and the ability to articulate the company's offerings to prospects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track leads.
