A Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key member of a company's sales team responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects. Their primary role is to research potential clients, initiate contact, and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. You will generate meetings for Account Executives and educating customers that are interested in purchasing Spotify Plugins for Backstage.
The United States base range for this position is $87,070- $124,385 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
