Your role is strictly focused on outbound prospecting, engaging key stakeholders, and setting up high-quality meetings. You will become an expert in identifying patterns across account attributes such as company size, industry, location, technology stack, and growth signals.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Generate </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">10+ qualified meetings per week</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"> by executing targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Partner with Account Executives to conduct strategic account planning and identify high-priority target accounts.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Map out account themes and build scalable prospecting strategies based on industry trends, technologies, and buying signals.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Run outbound sequences using tools like </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">, and </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">LinkedIn Sales Navigator</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Overcome objections and create meaningful dialogue through </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">consultative, value-driven messaging</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Become a trusted advisor by establishing and nurturing early-stage relationships with prospects.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Maintain meticulous activity tracking and performance reporting through our sales tech stack.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">What We’re Looking For</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.</span></span></p></li><li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">At least 1 year in a customer facing role with the ability to cross sell and upsell.</span></span></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">strong phone presence</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;"> and active listening ability.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills.<br>Energy, positivity, and a relentless drive to win.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Proficiency with corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Workspace).</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Familiarity with </span><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">, or similar platforms is a plus.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Previous exposure to sales methodology or formal training is a bonus—but we’ll teach you everything you need to know. <br><br></span></span></p></li></ul><p class="p1">Remote U.S. Hourly Base Pay: $19 - $23 + Earned Commission.</p><p class="p1">The salary band listed above reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.</p><p class="p1">Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package.
