Accountabilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person networking with Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners.
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
Evaluate prospective partnerships, understand client needs, and translate conversations into actionable business growth strategies.
Manage a sales pipeline effectively, track progress in CRM, and maintain accurate records for visibility and accountability.
Attend industry events, visit local offices, and actively expand the referral network.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and title and escrow products to advise clients confidently.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals through disciplined, results-oriented execution.

Requirements:

5+ years of business development or sales experience in title and escrow services, with proven success in acquiring new clients and expanding repeat business.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and achieve measurable business results.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop collaborative solutions.
High level of organization and discipline in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM activity.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexible to work remotely within Texas, with preference for Dallas or Houston.
