Business Development Manager, Enterprise

This role is focused on driving enterprise growth and accelerating adoption of advanced AV-IT and cloud-enabled platform solutions within large multinational organizations. You will act as a key hunter and relationship builder, identifying new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts across the Enterprise segment. Working at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer engagement, you will promote a highly innovative ecosystem that unifies audio, video, control, and data-driven experiences. The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value. You will collaborate closely with internal sales, channel, and technical teams to shape opportunities and close deals. This is a high-impact, field-facing position with significant exposure to enterprise clients and industry events.

Accountabilities

Drive enterprise business growth by developing new opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, and promoting adoption of advanced AV-IT platform solutions across multinational organizations.

Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise customers
Promote and articulate the value proposition of complex AV, audio, video, and control platform solutions
Manage full sales cycle activities including prospecting, account development, and opportunity closure
Collaborate with internal teams (channel, consultants, strategic accounts, and technical stakeholders) to advance deals
Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure consistent sales reporting and pipeline visibility
Represent the organization at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations to drive engagement
Continuously build technical and business knowledge of enterprise AV-IT environments and workflows

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, combined with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the AV-IT or related technology industry. Strong experience in new business development and solution-based selling is essential, along with the ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders.

Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution selling within AV-IT or related industries
Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts
Solid understanding of AV, audio, video, control systems, or comparable technical ecosystems
Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise customer structures and use cases
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales management platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively across channel, consulting, and strategic sales teams
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel and participate in industry events and customer engagements
