We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage key accounts, and establish strategic partnerships across assigned regions. In this role, you will oversee business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and implement strategies that increase revenue and market presence. You will lead internal teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain deep relationships with clients and partner organizations. This position requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success will be measured by growth in partnerships, revenue performance, and client satisfaction. Remote work provides flexibility while maintaining active engagement with teams and partners.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead and oversee campus-level operations and department teams to ensure compliance and success.
  • Develop and implement key account management and territory growth strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, expanding business through consultative sales and discovery processes.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts by strengthening value-based partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and community partners.
  • Plan and execute strategic account plans, conduct quarterly review meetings, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Introduce and promote new products and enhancements to partners and clients.
  • Maintain business development tracking, including proposals, budgets, project costs, and partnership communications.
  • Support client service, marketing activities, and produce management reports.
  • Conduct high-level strategy sessions and facilitate team execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, including team leadership.
  • Experience in strategic planning, general management, and marketing within relevant industries (e.g., logistics, heavy freight) preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead D2C, B2B, B2G, and B2E sales initiatives and community partnerships.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Chat, Gmail).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Ability to travel as required to support partnerships and client engagements.
