Job Description

We're looking for a results driven Business Development Lead to drive our next phase of growth. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools like our automated outreach platform, to connect with potential partners while building meaningful relationships that drive mutual success. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter possessing exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Target and engage with fitness creators, professional athletes, sports organizations, and fitness equipment companies

  • Master our automated outreach tool, Saral, to identify and connect with high-potential partners

  • Craft and execute strategic sales approaches that resonate with our target partners

  • Lead discovery calls and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition

  • Negotiate partnership terms that create win-win scenarios

  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using modern CRM tools

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to refine your approach

  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences

  • Provide strategic insights and performance updates to leadership

Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

  • Experience in business development or sales, ideally in fitness tech or related industries

  • Strong independence and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment

  • Proficiency with modern sales and lead generation tools

  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal

  • Natural relationship-building skills and negotiation expertise

  • Sharp analytical skills for evaluating and prioritizing opportunities

  • A proactive mindset and creative approach to problem-solving

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
