Business Development Executive, Renewals (Req#1333)

<hr>Overview<hr> As a Business Development Executive, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of telecom and colocation within our existing customer base. Key areas of focus include identifying and documenting key contract milestones, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving renewals within our existing account base.<hr>Your Impact<hr>The essential functions of this position include:<ul><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus Solution Telecom & Colocation</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Work with field sales organization to assist with renewing contracts when our clients are approaching end of term (UCaaS, CCaaS, Connectivity, Colocation, and other XaaS solutions)</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Collaborate with existing ePlus field sales and services leadership along with vendor account teams</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of Telecom and Colocation</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Provide accurate forecasting of Telecom & Colocation sales, for assigned regions</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Meet or exceed financial targets for Telecom and Colocation sales</li><li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.1;">Collaborate with peers across other markets to share best practices and develop a consistent approach for position, yielding optimal results for the organization</li></ul><hr>Qualifications<hr><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering field preferred</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling Managed Service solutions, with significant business development responsibilities</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level Sales leadership experience preferred</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Willingness to travel within assigned territory</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Knowledge and experience selling renewal services</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Ability to work well in a matrix managed environment</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Able to work independently</li></ul><hr>Position Specifics<hr>The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $110,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
