You will lead complex sales initiatives, build strong executive relationships, and position advanced consulting and digital transformation services to senior decision-makers. The position provides significant autonomy, supported by a global network of industry experts and delivery teams. You will play a central role in shaping go-to-market strategies, elevating industry presence, and delivering measurable value for healthcare organizations. Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business development across the healthcare sector, actively selling consulting, digital transformation, AI, automation, and sourcing services.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts, increasing revenue, margin, and solution penetration.
  • Build, maintain, and execute robust sales pipelines to consistently meet or exceed annual quotas.
  • Lead complex sales pursuits, from opportunity identification through solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Cultivate senior executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, CDOs, and other C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts and leadership to design tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Strengthen industry visibility through conference speaking, thought leadership, publications, and event participation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales and revenue targets in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments.
  • Deep domain knowledge of healthcare operations, including payer, provider, PBM, revenue cycle, BPO, and digital transformation.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Extensive network of healthcare industry contacts and ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic, consultative, and results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% as required.
