WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and transaction-based environment while also bringing an organized and strategic-approach to managing workflow.  We are looking for a business development focused professional who can grow an already successful inpatient behavioral healthcare practice into the outpatient services world.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • This person will serve as a member of our Behavioral Healthcare Team with a specific concentration on behavioral outpatient provider businesses
  • A successful candidate will be able to do the following
    • Develop and maintain relationships with outpatient behavioral healthcare providers across the country with a specific focus on ABA Autism, Eating Disorder, Mental Health and S.U.D (MAT, PHP, IOP, etc.)
    • Database and track providers and precedent transactions within the outpatient behavioral healthcare space.
    • Track datapoints within the industry and help provide analysis and valuations for outpatient behavioral healthcare businesses with the assistance of other members of the behavioral healthcare team and Blueprints pooled analyst resources
    • Assisting with marketing launch emails and tracking non-disclosure agreements and prospective buyer activity.
    • Professional interaction with buyers and sellers over email and phone
  • Update internal tracking system with pipeline and transaction updates.
  • Bring in senior advisors within the Behavioral Team to help negotiate transactions
    • Primary responsibility over the first 2 years will be to develop relationships, bring in sales opportunities and help market assets for sale
  • Proactively identify and determine solutions for problems that impact business and client success and management.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS


Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-years of experience with a behavioral healthcare provider

OR

  • Minimum 2-years of experience. Background in investment banking, private equity, or other investment related field preferred but not required.

  • Ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and do best if she / he possesses a “no task too big or too small mindset.”
  • Seldom will candidate be required to work outside of standard business hours; however, ideal candidate will remain available on an as-needed basis determined by manager.
  • Travel is required for this position, to meet with perspective providers and clients.  Travel will likely be less than once a month.
  • This position can be fully remote
