This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Welltower™ Inc. (NYSE:WELL). We are currently looking for a Business Applications Analyst, CRM in United States.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically skilled professional to support and optimize CRM and RentCafé systems across multiple portfolios. The position focuses on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the resident and customer experience through effective system implementation, workflow optimization, and training. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, data consultants, and leadership, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Frequent travel may be required to support system implementations and ensure project success.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide expertise in designing and standardizing resident and customer journeys.
  • Support the implementation of CRM and RentCafĂ© modules, collaborating with implementation teams and third-party data consultants.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs across multiple platforms and mediums.
  • Monitor project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution and adherence to defined standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously optimize workflows.
  • Manage budgets and business cases to ensure cost-effective delivery and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed status communications for leadership and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, financial systems, or technology implementation.
  • Proven experience working on complex CRM implementation projects, preferably with Yardi CRM and RentCafĂ© modules.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices.
  • Solid project management skills with knowledge of Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Experience in documentation, reporting, and providing training to multiple audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
