DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Acquisition Manager within our Home Services sales channel. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our dealer network and driving growth across multiple product lines.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers to represent and sell DSI’s core offerings. These products include leading brands such as AT&T, DIRECTV, CenturyLink/Lumen, Kinetic, Ziply Fiber, Fidium Fiber, Metronet, EarthLink, Vivint, Brightspeed, and more. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, guiding them through the entire acquisition process—from initial outreach and evaluation to onboarding and activation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or dealer recruitment, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple prospects and closing new business independently. Experience in the telecom, smart home, or fiber services industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Cold Calling Potential New Clients
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify, recruit, onboard, and launch new dealers using strategic marketing
  • Support dealer launches and drive success within the first 90 days
  • Ensure smooth handoff of new dealers to the sales team after onboarding
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Hold weekly meetings with the sales director to refine recruiting and launch strategies
  • Maintain a CRM with all Activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ professional experience, including 2+ in business-acquisition management (preferred)
  • Proven initiative and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Adept at forming and sustaining effective team relationships
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business (preferred)
  • Must be English and Spanish Bilingual in both verbal and written forms of communication
