One of our companies is currently looking for a Broker Mid Market Account Executive in the United States.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on strategic sales, account growth, and retention. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts while handling complex sales cycles and negotiating long-term contracts. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and drive revenue growth within a defined territory.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ mid-market accounts, focusing on account retention and growth, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Conduct in-depth account reviews and tailor solutions to meet customer needs, including negotiating contract terms and driving long-term growth.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify areas for expansion within current customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers are leveraging products optimally and their needs are met.
  • Own a quarterly net new revenue quota and territory account retention goal, while forecasting and managing sales pipelines effectively.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in mid-market segments.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-year contracts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering customer-first solutions.
  • Strong executive presence, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
  • Brokerage or freight SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with CRM and cadence software (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach) is beneficial.
  • A college degree is preferred.
