Alpine IQ is seeking a talented and results-driven Brands Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about brand marketing, advertising technology, and the emerging cannabis industry.
As a Brands Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with brands looking to make their mark. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities and crafting compelling pitches to closing deals and ensuring client success post-sale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the cannabis and lifestyle brand sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account growth.
- Clearly communicate the value of our advertising solutions through storytelling, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of client goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions and ensure client success.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance considerations, and competitive dynamics in cannabis advertising.
- Act as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to clients, driving ongoing engagement and expansion.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, ideally within the cannabis industry or a similarly regulated space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Bonus: Existing relationships with cannabis or lifestyle brands.
