Design a repeatable content system
Ship consistently across channels with high quality
→ Make the team visible
Help founders and team members write and publish
Turn raw thinking into clear posts fast
Create formats people can reuse without friction
→ Drive partnerships
Source creators and partners that actually reach our users
Run partnerships end-to-end (outreach → brief → execution → measurement)
Build a repeatable bench of high-signal collaborators
→ Own key touchpoints
Improve website clarity and conversion
Produce high-quality sales and event materials
Ensure consistency across everything we ship
→ Build brand systems
Create guidelines that are actually usable
Set up templates, workflows, and asset libraries

This role can be remote but requires being based in NYC.
