10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Discharge</span></li></ol></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with administration and other disciplines involved in the child’s care to promote consistent and quality services for children and families.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols and tools to follow funding guidelines for each particular child.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Implement individualized and evidenced based interventions for ABA clients.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide therapy services to children based on the recommended number of units from evaluations and funding source approvals.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide therapy services in highly specialized facilities with an emphasis on goal attainment through appropriate developmental progression of functional skill attainment and real-life experiences.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide documentation of all therapy services by locking and electronically signing weekly progress notes including reviewing and signing off on all RBT treatment notes.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conducts parent training sessions and communicates changes/updates to families.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervise and mentor BT, RBT and/or ABA Fieldwork Students.</span></li><li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in annual performance reviews for professional development and
